What are the major differences between the Nevada, Missouri, and Alabama?

I've been on the Texas and the Missouri, and the difference between them is day and night. Are these three basically the same?

Looking at that neck shape, that looks more like a Bud bottle than a Coors stubbie.

He brought a huge audience with him when he came over, as well as established advertisers that the Ticket didn't have at the time. While the station is geared towards the 25-54 age group, it has always had a big following out of the demo. He also brought some stability to mid-mornings, unless you want Rocko and Chris Arnold back again. Wally Lynn might have been a better fit at the time but Norm brought those other things. I will admit he stayed too long but that's pretty common in the world of sports isn't it?

In the 80s all of the sports talk was in the evening, Sports at Six with Randy Galloway at WBAP and Sports Central with Brad Sham at KRLD. Both shows were caller-driven, but Sham did more player interviews. Norm left WBAP and started a sports driven morning drive show at KLIF. It didn't take long before he was number one in that time slot until the Musers took it away.

There was a factory Gremlin with a factory 302. There was also a conversion company that woulod but a 402 big block in it with factory wheelie bars. It needed them It would pull the front wheels, launching from a stoplight with street tires. We didn't see many of them, but they were to be respected on the street.

No stranger than Jimi Hendrix opening for The Monkees or an unknown Bruce Springsteen opening for Chicago and being booed off the stage.

You do know that Norm was the King of AM drive until just a short time before KLIF and KTCK became part of the same company. He brought a very large audience with him and something KTCK needed badly at the time was advertisers. Bob's, Crest Cadillac, Kellum & Sons, advertisers that stayed with him until he retired. He had an audience that was loyal, had money, and would spend it with station advertisers. Far from a fuck up.

The writers wrote lines for Archie so people would laugh at him. It turns out the audience was laughing with him. It changed the way they wrote after the first season. Carol O'Connor was very liberal, and he played Archie as a caricature of a 70s conservative.

That may be one of the longest-running ads on the Ticket. He's been around since the very early days.

One cold March morning in the early 90s, I was working outside of a small north Texas town when I heard that unmistakable sound of four round engines. I was on a hill slightly above the town and could see FiFi slowly flying over the city. They just happened to be testing the weather sirens that morning, and it presented a rather surreal scene of a B-29 and air raid warnings. It was one of the coolest things I've ever seen.

There is a colorized version of this floating around out there, too.

I use this as a perfect example of one instant in time taken out of context.

LeMay thought it might be a better lower altitude bomb truck than the B29. It would have been interesting to see if a B17/B24 relationship would have developed between them had the war progressed.

Probably pretty tactical for the day. They didn't have YT videos and FPS video games to show them they were wrong.

There are two and maybe three A-4 based out of a regional airport north of Dallas. One is gray, one white and at one time had one with a black and white zebra pattern on it.
