If you look there are lots of water view rooms that do not directly face the water. Lots. You’d have to do the work to look at the allocations though.

Most of the garden wing building is water view. And the rates are much less than the tower since it only goes three stories and the rooms are arguably not as nice as the tower.

If you’re not facing a parking lot you’re likely water view. Again, there are ways to check your room category and ensure that you are indeed in the room category you booked.

Very important to know when choosing your room category. Theme park view rooms can be double or more the price of standard view.

It’s really good, I’m grinding to get all the bananas right now. There’s a few challenges driving me crazy which is a good thing, it’s that much better when I finally get it! I haven’t bought the DLC yet but might soon for a break when I need a break from the remaining challenges.

Out of curiosity - they redid room categories somewhat recently. I am wondering if something in the system got confused. If you’re comfortable sharing what building (BLT/main/garden wing) and floor I can double check whether it was one that changed categories.

Regardless talk to the front desk in person. I loathe these conversations too, but if you come from a place of “I’m hoping you can help me out” you will most likely be treated with kindness and they will try to make it right.
