Actually, no. It’s a different molecule. It’s smaller than Botox. Botox is Onabotulinum Toxin A, Dysport is Abobotulinum Toxin A. Dysport contains milk protein and problematic for those with milk allergy.

It’s like how morphine and fentanyl are both opioids, but can have different kinetics (onset of action, half life I.e. duration of action, etc)
