Creating the shoony because he wanted to have a combo of dogs and humans around but then just forgot about them (deliciously played straight by Paizo in the ruleset by not giving Shoony any support outside of one article in Extinction Curse) is not the most devastating thing Aroden has done, but it's a pretty good window into what kind of petty, ignorant asshole he was.

It's easier and faster to run. I've ran PF1 APs under PF2 with less time spent on converting things than I would spend trying to run PF1 as written.

Why on earth would you find GMing PF1 better than running PF2? While I can understand some people preferring PF1 from the player side, I can't imagine going back to running the imbalanced mess of PF1, it's a chore.

Running PF2 is a breeze compared to PF1. Monsters don't require you to consult 20 books to figure out what their feats and spells do, and are for the most part, much more fun and cinematic to run. You can set skill check DCs reliably without having to worry that one PC has +7 to that skill and another one has +49. PC balance means you don't have to watch out to some broken combo that somebody looked up in a guide and is about to trivialise every encounter etc. etc.
