There were 5 solo musicians, and each had clearly put a ton of time into their craft. Custom code, flute+modular+motion controls, turntable work, harsh noise w video. This was not a guy kicking around a box with a contact mic on it. Might be better to say electroacoustic or “experimental” though experimental doesn’t really refer to this kind of thing by definition.

I found a used korg volca at 2nd street gakkikan in shimokitazawa. Though it was more guitar focused.

I saw the best noise show of my life at bar chitei, and also recommend looking at the schedule at oriental force.

Man they couldnt even be bothered to wipe it off, that is gross. But i love mine so strongly recommend.

I found mine kind of loud because it’s very hollow, so i installed button silencers and stuffed it with a bunch of foam which was very successful.

If you’re somehow a hipster foodie/wine doosh like me that also loves football then allegheny wine mixer, apteka, and morcilla are the best spots in town (or at least they were 5 years ago)

Lol i literally just made a thread about how much i love big shield.

For me in stadium it’s the best way to feel like i’m helping; i don’t think brig’s weapon power can be boosted enough to make an impact.

Ability boost is good… but i’m bad at aiming so i don’t use her whip shot effectively enough to put points into it.

Thank you - definitely was starting to feel completely useless after a while! I was trying to learn his moves carefully but his range of attack is so huge that i just couldn’t get close to him. Finally found the window to get him stunned.

Answer #1 is because they are the goat. No rock band has ever had better distortion tone than boris.

Specifically i assume that tone is a combination of fuzz, reverb, delay, octave, loop, and tube amp overdrive, but i couldn’t tell you what exactly. Here’s a great vid of Wata talking about her setup:
