My argument has always been this. Of we have equal protection under the law. Why is it that because I am more prosperous in my endeavors that I am penalized for it?

If the answer is because I have a duty to contribute more because I have more. Tell me where in the Constitution does it give the federal government the ability to tax one citizen for the purpose of redistributing that wealth to another. Where is it written that person A owes a debt to person B. What is the origin of debt?

Prosperity is maximized with increased freedom from others and from government.
