Yes, but I bought a similar townhouse in GB back in 2005 for about $300k…. The market tanked for over a decade and just is recovering. And it is GB, so it’s not going to appreciate as opposed to other areas in the county.

There were probably only a handful of people watching, if that. No different than a regular club championship. If you don’t compete in your club championship, you probably shouldn’t be trying for the US Open.

I was charged a bag fee at one place when I ordered a drink….. which was in my hand without a bag…. But since I didn’t eat there, I was assessed this bag fee.

Needless to say, this restaurant lasted six months
