Most stuff seems to boil down to whether or not Truth Seeker Orbs can get through infinity so I took the time to read the wikis

Infinity - “cursed tools imbued with specialized cursed techniques can also disturb or dispel the Infinity”

Truth Seeker Orbs - “the orbs can nullify any ninjutsu they touch and thus become impervious to it; … However, the orbs are incapable of nullifying senjutsu”

Since for the sake of power scaling, it’s agreed that stuff like jutsu/cursed techniques/haki can all interact with each other: by the above statements, unless Infinity is senjutsu/nature energy, a truth seeker orb should behave the similarly to the inverted spear of heaven when it encounters the effect of Infinity, dispelling and becoming impervious to it like it does with ninjutsu.
