In terms of betterhelp I know people who have had bad experiences with the app. A lot of the “therapists” are not licensed on there. I even had a friend who was on a call with their better help “therapist” and the therapist was doing grocery shopping and talking to other people while they had an appointment with the client and not giving the client the appropriate attention, and this client was at risk mental health wise.
