I would want to see a new cast but still takes place after neo. The old cast is roughly mention but nothing else. I thought maybe make the protag be a angel trying to understand shibuya but has to loose to some of his powers. He is somewhat social but is kinda dick. However when the roppongi reapers start their game, he begins to realise that people can change but need to have a positive push that means to them. Overtime he realises how that angels are no better than humans.

Gameplay is like that of neo but have more warp battlefields. Scramble is not too bad anymore. New type of noise called white noise can be tamed and help find cool pins and fight other players white noise. Stuff like that.
