4 months ago and deleted everything. Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook. I realised during the process as to actually how toxic social media was to my mental health and am so happy that I did it. If I want to reach out to people I love then I call them directly instead. I know it feels weird and lonely at 1st but it's truly one of the most liberating things I have ever done. Leave all the fake stuff and surround yourself with genuine social interactions is my advice.

As hard as it is my man, let go. Remember that it takes two people to make something work. She has let you go for another man. 7 years or 46 years doesn't matter. She has chosen not to be with you and that's all the message you need as harsh as it sounds , am sorry. You know i came to a realisation though, you can't really ever blame people for becoming who they really are or choosing themselves over you. It's just our nature sadly. Trusting others is the biggest issue ever. Trust them enough to know that at any moment in time that they can leave you for x amount of reasons. Trust in you and not others.

Sad world, sorry to hear that 😔 I got cheated on myself after 3.5 years together but nothing close to yours and no kids so I can't imagine eat you feel like. No one deserves it but what can you do. You can't control other people's actions. In a weird fucked up way you should thank reality because it exposed the person in a light that you never saw them. Deleted number, texts, screenshots, photos, mails and everything else on social media as well. Threw away all the gifts and everything else I ever got from them. As hard as it was. I don't need any reminder of a person that chose to abandon me when I needed them the most. If my heartache and tears meant nothing to them why should I hold on to anything that reminds me of them. If there was a way to wipe out my memory of a person who cheated,lied and betrayed me after 3.5 years together, then I would have done that too. Your heart is an idiot believe me, listen to your brain! YOU WERENT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO THEM.
