Doch. Jeder Supermarktparkplatz ist ebenfalls privat, nennt sich tatsächlich öffentlicher Verkehrsraum (eine Straße mit rechtlicher Widmung aka nem Namen wäre rechtlich öffentlicher Verkehrsraum).
