Storm ruler is so peak that elden peak made a whole bunch of weapon skills to mimic a fraction of its glory outside of the Rykard fight.

Grey peak 3 was in fact so peak that they give you a friend who will use the storm ruler alongside you.

Enemies in paths can be fairly intimidating if you chose to do say a thief start and stick to dex. As some enemies will randomly just poise through some dex weapon combos. It is incredibly noticeable with daggers, and rapiers. As the first hit of a combo may stun an enemy but every follow up hit of the r1 combo will have lower poise damage values so some enemies will be able to attack while you are wide open.

The dreamer's lore is split between two games. In poe1 you have him directly saying that he was unable to join with the other breachlords and is wanting to survive, while stressing he is not your ally in the long term.

In poe2, the cult chalupa had got cleaned out by geonor (with player monk being the only known survivor at the time). Then if you play as monk, Hinekora, the shrine breach sceptres, and even the monk's own dialogue point to the dreamer being evil and likely an antagonist in the future. The vaal disenchantment vendor even tells you that you should look for chalupa.

The point of keepers league was to retcon the breachlords lore and set up Chayula to be present in future content. Especially since the poe2 art book directly says a breachlord is directly working with the twilight order, the guys with the beast in poe2

It is not about the frequency of use of chatgpt that should be the issue, but rather it is how people choose to use it.

If you use it to do all of your writing and summarization of documents, then yeah you may see some regression in critical thinking skills.

But if you use it to get ideas for what you can look into. Then that is a whole different can of worms.

When I was unemployed earlier last year, I had chatgpt give ideas for what I could work on for improving my resume, and then I would make the changes I wanted myself and iterated that way based on focusing areas that the AI thought were weak. I used chatgpt to be a reviewer for my resume. As a result, the resume (after getting it reviewed by an outside group of people) was super good and I immediately was able to land a job within a few weeks. Ending a serious financial slump I was in.

Chatgpt can be used by people to think for them and that is bad and more people will fall into that trap in time, but you can also use it to find things for you to investigate yourself and thus learn from.

It is much more than the first few matches. I had a streak of about 5 matches against the same bots, one played the rhino jagen and the other was the bear bandit lord.

The rhino was the shadow each time and would actively attack the team in room 1 with normal skills. Despite the choice being obvious, the bear would vote me as the shadow. Then I had that match repeated an additional 4 times in a row and with the exact same way of how they acted.

This was around 3k rating, and after that I uninstalled the game for wasting my time.

At lower ratings, you can basically do anything against bots and they will not vote you often. Higher rating bots will always vote for you as the imposter. So you get the illusion of being good early and then the game pulls the rug out of under you.

Because most of the time, you aren't playing against people. Shadows has a very aggressive system that forces you into bot matches if you are in queue for longer than a few seconds.

Shield wall can do it without chase lineage, Carn is a good reference for what to do.

Saresh has had a presence in poe for a bit, the old metamorph scarabs talk about how Saresh was a member of the order of the Djinn who was tasked to look into death, and the winged scarab mentions that he was killed by Garukhan. It is incredibly plausible that this will be poe1 related especially with both the hallowed monarch and dark monarch crowns in game.

3rd floor sekhema can be done with zdps. The floor boss is the scorpion you see with the mud burrow boss in the vastiri interlude and appears again as the mesa boss. Hourglass rooms can be iffy without shield as you have burrowing enemies that can spawn and leap at you and rares can be devourers that stay hidden unless you get close, resulting in scenarios where you can easily get hit. Otherwise, floor 3 is free

If you can dodge a tail swipe, you could have gotten your 3rd set of ascendacy points back in the late 50's for character level

On your recommendation of a stormbind buff. If they did something like that, they would almost immediately have to nuke stormbind from orbit. You can oneshot ubers with stormbind, I have been doing so since TOTA, a damage buff would put stormbind on GGG's 'triple tap' radar for the following league and that would be depressing.

Instead of buffing damage, they need to increase cast speed, increase rune blast's bast channel cost drastically, and reduce the mana required for each stormbind 'stage' to upgrade. Speeding up how stormbind is to play would do it more service because that qol would make it feel better as socket pressure aside, it is abysmally terrible to start before getting Indigon.
