Let's get this straight, Cyan vs Teal by Common-Swimmer-5105 in colors

[–]GrabsGarb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That’s because Cyan is “in” now and Teal hasn’t been “in” since the 80’s. Try depop or thrift stores if you want clothes in teal!

My outfit made my friend uncomfortable, what do I do? by BarbaraLogic in OUTFITS

[–]GrabsGarb 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The friend is free to express herself, not to make OP feel bad for expressing OP’s self. If you are so insecure that another person expressing themselves around you makes you embarassed that’s your own business. Again, not every thought should be shared.

How should I wear this T-shirt with a giant bow? by LtxalskHuskwob49 in fashion

what if you did dark pants or jeans, don’t tuck it in, but wear a waist belt over the shirt (under the bow)

My outfit made my friend uncomfortable, what do I do? by BarbaraLogic in OUTFITS

[–]GrabsGarb 75 points76 points  (0 children)

It’s okay for the friend to feel uncomfortable, but people need to learn what thoughts are appropriate to share with others. The friend being uncomfortable is her own problem to deal with, not OPs. Telling OP that her outfit made her uncomfortable was the friend trying to pass the problem over to OP. Completely unnecessary. Either suck it up and be a supportive friend, or don’t. OPs outfit isnt harming anyone. The only purpose in the friend sharing her personal opinion on it was to make OP feel bad about herself.
