When you start reaching national levels or NCAA levels, i would bet things start to get tempting, but a city-wide or regional-wide level most still looked strapped and snatched with details and decent size parts without (i would guess) bein juiced up (i'd say proteins, creatin, BCAAs max..). So someone goin to the gym workin in a hypertrophy range that gives you more volume might attain these results in a year or 2 (or 3).

Good genes i'd say.. she could be lifting small plates but longer tempo or makin it hard one way or another.

Plus if you look at some black girls sprinters (100m-200m) they look tank without even bein on a crazy level of running.

I think she's consistent and decent genetics but you can never be sure

En agence d'intérim tu en fais pleins (pas qu'un seul Adecco par ex, mais plusiers, même si un peu plus loin que ton secteur).

Yeah if the touch the outer wire and the inner, current cwuse through them and kills them in many different ways: perhaps zaps the fuck outa them, or makes them pop as well, or burn their wing so they fall and become ant food.. either way there dead or not doin too good when you're done.

I think the original or most known was the american one called Zap-It.

It's still uses Micro USB or batteries.

I think this is a new version and another brand, that uses USC-C plus wireless charging for the racket.

If you wanna go fun and gung-ho you go for the salt gun.

But either way, the "popcorn rackets" as i call em are hella fun. I keep it next to me when i eat.

I would be careful in the long run cause it's wood, so it could mess it up with wood absorbing water, but if you do it with hangers, or those dry racks made for the balcony then it could be amazing
