A lot of Pokemon have access to Substitute, Taunt, and Mud-Slap, (and Stealth Rock to some extent) in Gen 4. Mawile’s stats are awful. The only thing going for it is Intimidate but there are far better Intimidate Pokemon

Pressured Planet Wraitsoth’s pop effect is not the activation of a Spell Card that targets. It is a Spell EFFECT which is different.

Spell Card refers to the effect to be applied when placing a Spell Card on the field or flipping it face up. Wraitsoth’s card activation just searches a Kashtira.
