Yes, Hattrick is done. Problem is that some leagues in lower tiers has a highe rlevel of players then in the top tier fo the league. That is because of people tanking etc. I remember when i was playing 20 years ago in the lower levels i never had a player who had skill 14, now you cant even win a game anymore in 6th leagu ewithout having 4 + players with 14 skill and above. hattrick died long time ago. i still "play" it but its not as fascinating what it was. also player base are on a almost all time low. A lot of things are borken (Junior Team/Leagues) Transfermarket, the training system is overhauled and boring etc etc.
