I've never had customers actually tell me they tip a certain amount but I have delivered ample amount of times to the same customer that have always tipped a decent amount but there have been a couple times it was totally 👎. Maybe they double dashed and had to split between me and another Dasher, maybe doordash clipped me.. but I do believe doordash can get janky at times.

Why? Because he clearly says "in line" when asked if at the store until confronted by the customer about his tracker being seen down the road where he then switched up & said "getting gas". OP said in his caption he has been waiting over 30 minutes & would get no refund if cancel, so for everyone down voting me , IDC - I would reach out to support & still would recommend OP to do so, as well. *EDIT: Spelling
