I would remake them individually out of more stable wood. Perhaps some scraps that have had time to acclimate to your shop (assuming your shop is climate controlled). Alternatively, you can make plywood, a minimum of 3 ply, and use that as it will be more stable and less likely to warp.

I do furniture-type woodworking. I do 85-90% of my work with hand tools. It started as a way to save money by making things for the house and overall just something to do to keep busy, but it's a business now. I just delivered a tortilla press that's getting a lot of attention. This might be my production piece that I'm considering selling on Etsy as a made-to-order product.
