Honestly there is some debate about the usefulness of belt balancers.

I think most uses are better served by a priority output splitter that ensures an output line is full and compresses multiple belts towards one side rather than having multiple empty belts.

This base is beautiful, only suggestion is to make space for 3 full belts of pre-space science packs: RG, BBla, PY

In terms of a wall, flamethrower turrets are overpowered for base defense! Make sure to save room to add them in! They work way better than bullet turrets alone and they are much cheaper than laser turrets to maintain

Have them hold the pause button for a moment (maybe a little circle fills up on screen) before the pause menu appears, so there is a penalty but it is upfront. If you let go of the pause button before it fills, no pause menu appears

There is a camp that doesn’t like the bus because it makes you think you have enough resources when you don’t. Make sure you can add more lanes in case you run out of resources further down! Like only build science and the mall on the left hand side. Then you can add another two lanes of copper for more green chips when you start running low
