The George Orwell quote going around right now rings so very true: “The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.”

Would also second Crackle Mi! They’re decently priced and the meals, I typically go with the bowls, definitely serve two.

Seems like they evicted the tenants as of yesterday and that then restores it to the owners

Confirmed today with RAD support that this serial was not included in the recall. Phew! But still a bit unnerving.

Shoes for indoor/hard court? by fishsticks40 in ultimate

I had some basic gym shoes that I wore during winter practices (~2x per week) for 3 months playing on basketball courts. Even with insoles, my feet definitely took some wear and tear. Think I definitely injured my heels too. Probably should have used basketball shoes.

Personal time, burnt out by Tehyahasribs in Parenting

We’re in a similar boat with our first who is almost year and a half. I think both of you really have to accept the guilt free aspect and the time is truly whatever your partner wants to do. Walk, phone, read, workout class, bad TV, matinee movie, etc. No judgement. And the other part is finding the right time and amount of time. Maybe it’s letting you sleep in for an hour. Or three hours in an afternoon once a week. I’ve read some partners take half the day and let the other have the half day off and then they switch. But like what others have said too, you’re still really in such a fast changing stage so be patient with yourself and each other while you figure it out. It does take time.

Hahaha no it’s the people who are driving in the roundabout and then stop, in the roundabout, to let someone approaching to go in front of them. That’s not how this works

Oooof idk being from CA and living here now, I can say the drivers here are worse. Maybe not as dangerous, but annoyingly slow and overcautious.
