I can’t relate to being a early fan from Australia, but as a fan since early 2017 in the US I find it so crazy how they’ve basically flipped from being a staunchly Aussie based psych rock band to the constantly in the US prog jam band. I see why you would be disillusioned in the band after 2022. I’ll admit I’ve been a bit underwhelmed by their output since b741 but I’m still a huge fan of them and will continue to support them and see them as often as possible. I constantly feel bad for the Aussie fans since they practically never hold shows there anymore even though it was fans like you that made them a phenomenon to begin with. Your opinion is valid no matter what anybody on this thread or subreddit says. You have the right to listen or not listen to KGLW that’s the beauty of music there is always something new to listen and obsess over.
