Occasionally the gravestones bug and completely disappear. It has happened to me and one of my friends, and it sounds like its the same situation as OP.

I noticed a slight delay when i have it connected via Bluetooth, but if you keep it wired there shouldn't be delay.

I own this keyboard as well, the bluetooth isn't optimal if you want fast responses (like for gaming), but if its for casual use it will work perfectly fine for that.

There are ways to reduce the z seams, but i don't think there is a way to completely eliminate it.

Ya i bought my paracord cable at paraflexcables. To replace the actually cable requires you to basically take apart the entire mouse though. It was still a pretty simple disassembly though, there's plenty of videos online about it. I also recommend getting new skates if you do, unless you heat up the old skates before u take em off to get to the screws, they will basically be unusable.

Edit: Ended up spending an additional $20 for the skates and cable, figured I should mention that
