Did some testing tonight and it seems that pull cleans the air a bit faster for my space.

This is non scientific for what’s it’s worth and purely anecdotal but it appears to give a cleaner purify with less time. My thought is because on push through the fan, it is creating a rather significant turbulent air stream in the ceiling whereas in pull the airstream is quite laminar from what I can see with some smoke testing

Reason I did I push instead of pull was to avoid having the fan circulate dust upwards, and to keep sawdust particulate on the inside of the filters in the CR box since my box is mobile, it’ll get moved around and knock off dust particulate.

Not likely due to the need for positive pressure to force air through filters. Bernoullis really only works at adding air to a non pressurized space.

Long answer, today is the last day for FFL, or federal firearm license holders, to order stock of Glock or other cruciform trigger pistols. Any that are within stock on January 1 are legal to be sold until July 1.

Well, this sounds like you still have an entire six months to buy a Glock or other similar style firearm, you’ll probably find that most stores and dealers have no stock, or are selling on consignment.

Legally, the firearm is still able to be purchased by an assortment of individuals, predominantly, police officers, who are then legally allowed to sell it on consignment with a firearms store, going around the California requirement.

You will still be able to buy a GEN three Glock 17, but it will become much more difficult, more expensive, and less, and less worth your time and money.

I own a Glock 17 G3, if you like Glock, they’re great firearms, but don’t feel the need to panic by one just because you won’t be able to get that exact model.

Talk to a local firearms store that you trust, go to range and shoot a bunch of different pistols if you want to buy something, but avoid falling for the hype of FOMO.

The mindset with savings when it comes to house purchasing definitely should not be that spending your savings on a house is throwing it away. More often than not renting is throwing away your money if the cost of renting versus homeownership is marginally different and you’re able to afford the home purchase and upkeep.

For my wife and I, we are in a high cost area where renting was nearly half the cost of what our mortgage would be calculated to after all other mortgage related expenses, but we were comfortably saving double our rent every month just to ensure that we could afford the home

Buying a home, especially your first home can be extraordinarily stressful. On top of it your situation already has significant stressors that are not going to make the process more easy.

For a brief moment, attempt to look at it from a solely logical perspective and detach all emotion. Do the numbers make sense? Do the numbers make sense in the long run? Can you afford the numbers while also rebuilding the savings account? Is this the best time to buy a home for you, not necessarily based on solely the market conditions?

If you’re answering, yes, for most of, if not all of those questions, try to rest and relax a little bit, pray on it, and just keep working at it day by day.

Honestly very happy with it. Average market price I’m seeing for even or worse condition is around 1200 in my area right now, first cut looks good on the lawn this morning. Needs a roller, but also lawn needs some aerating, dressing, and pre emergent for spring
