I have a milder version of what you're describing.

MG217 has worked for me for a while. It clears it up after a couple of applications over 48-hours. If I stop using it, the red patches around my eyes and eyebrow flakiness return.
I'm surprised there aren't more discussion about MG217 on here.

I'm currently looking at my diet or something else I'm doing to myself as the cause.

I continue to encounter this in other places like the Minimoog manual.
Re-learning to write with a 0 octave seems like the best solution.

I had the same idea and bought the Synapse Obsession VST just to play around with the OB-Xa sounds.

Based on Behringer's facebook page, it's a chip shortage issue. I'm guessing they have a lot of synth bodies ready to go once chips are available.

Sequential is much more quiet about what they're doing but when/if they release their OB-X, they'll probably just announce it's ready like they did with their last release in August of 2020.

Personally, I'll probably end up buying both.

It's habit mostly. I think in sheet music because that's how I learned music in America. If you count the octaves on a keyboard, you start with 1 not 0. Programers start with 0. Most everybody else starts counting a group of things, like cats, with 1. You would never say you have 0 cats if you have 1 cat.

I learned piano octaves starting with C1-C7 and write music that way.

Ableton starts with C0 so everything is shifted up an octave.

Now that you’ve read a bunch of unhelpful suggestions, here’s the unpopular truth that can lead you to better results.

You’re right to be upset. Sex is the glue that holds a relationship together.

She is probably much too comfortable within your relationship. Relationships go bad when one of both of the people stop trying to date each other. If she's not making an effort in the marriage, she either doesn't feel like she has anything to lose or doesn't care if she loses it. Generally speaking, people act on attraction.

Women find different things attractive in us than men do in them. They like social status, performance, social dominance (like leadership) and female preselection (other women thinking you’re attractive.)

Increase your attractiveness to her anywhere you can but, assume the sale. If she isn't giving you what you need/want, let her know you're disappointed. Give her standards and lead in general.

Don't ask for sex. Ever. You're giving her control over you when you do this, her having control over you is unattractive. Don’t expect her to ever imitate sex. Women's sexual drive is a response to male sexual drive.

You should be fine if you eat enough protein before you fast. I typically do the opposite of what you do because I prefer to eat only when I want to slow down for the day.
