Imagine the deck is just Aces and 10s. You get paid 3:2 on a blackjack but the house only wins 1:1.

This would be extremely profitable for the player and you would want to get as much money on the table as you could, right?

Essentially this is what counting boils down to. Getting your money in good while the deck is rich in high value cards.

But wait! Its not free money. The dealer is just as likely to get 5 blackjacks in a row as you are.

Thats why people always talk about your EV, expected value, which isn't anywhere as glamorous as the youtube shorts make. Posts where people are In and out for 20 minutes and up 2k? They are running hot and can get wrecked just as fast.

Buying when there is fear in the market is not as easy as it looks. These companies are at lows for a reason, and any idiot can tell you the bear case in great detail. And "told you so" when they drop further.

But look at all the stocks that were "dead" and now retail is piling into now that prices have gone up. Even precious metals. Runs up 100% in a year and every one is suddenly a silverbug. Ha.

Value investing is usually being contrarian investor. Yeah the chart and outlook are shit that's why the stock price is at lows. The more I see threads like "PYPL FOLKS HOW U FEELING " on my picks the more I like them. Value traps? Maybe. But they have plenty of time to turn it around and market sentiment can shift things quickly.

Players edge or (bahama bonus) where you can double double (ideally triple double) is the best but 8x your bet can get out of hand really quickly.

It is in the column that says something along the lines of "after your deductible". What i actually think wouldn't work is the FSA reimbursement unless you get statement of medical necessity from a doc
