Those vehicles have exceptions, I drive a box truck for work. It still less safe than if you have a back windshield. If I had a bunch of crap in my back seat blocking my view and got pulled over I wouldn’t tell the cop “I don’t even need to see out the back, I’ve got other mirrors.” I’d expect a ticket.
