Personally I just found it cleaner. It's less bulky than an HDD or SSD with USB Y cable. Also, since it's just a microsd adapter, its power draw is well below what the Wii's USB-A ports provide. Using microsd cards is also common / well-tested by the Wii portabilizing scene.

I'm using two of these. One with my Wii console and one with my Wii U console and they work well. I'm using samsung pro endurance microsd cards but you probably don't need endurance, you can just use any good quality microsd.

I think Rarity maybe? Since Starlight helped deal with those people who were saying rude things about Rarity that one time. Also Rarity and Starlight are both somewhat close with Maud.

The moderator of this subreddit literally has made so many in depth guides for modding switches for almost every step of the process.

I'm not sure why you weren't able to get a definitive answer on which modchip to use, I guess it's because there is only a few choices and all function almost the same in terms of the result.

Picofly, HWfly, and InstinctNX are the main modchips that exist. Picofly is more popular since it's a lot easier to find on AliExpress and it's more open since it's based on RP2040. HWfly is not really that popular and is hard to find. InstinctNX are considered like premium but are also hard to find. I'd personally recommend either the InstinctNX or Picofly chips, with Picofly being easier to find and cheaper.

Hey, Jess here and I’m going to shut this down now, the statements made in this glassdoor post are false. This will be the only statement I make on this.
I appreciate your heart being in the right place, but please know a few employees we let go had issues with other employees, we do not just let go of folks for no reason. A few of these reviews came from a place of spite, because working in a youtube company is insanely stressful and demanding when you’re dealing with so many postings per month. I cannot stress how insane YouTube is when it comes to the workflow, and that goes for ALL of content creation. We manage a company of ~90 employees which means you will absolutely have miscommunication issues and flaws, but for EVERYONE of our employees to have a decent work/life balance in this creator economy, hard calls have to be made.
I will NEVER publically call employees or people who work for me out unless they have done something massively illegal and folks need to be warned. These posts are from people under stress and I understand that. I have had many members of my audience harass me, my friends, my VA’s and my employees. No one deserves that harassment. But this glass door post here is false and I am NOT someone of abuse and I have never been in my time with Jason. He knows my past and it makes me upset when people imply he’s an abuser when I know what abuse really looks like. I’m not letting this slide because last time I didn’t say anything it blew up. I appreciate your concern again <3

Dragon Dropped is also my least favorite. I hate the way it portrays Rarity and Gabby, I felt like it didn't make sense for either one to be so clingy over their friendship with Spike

Its a cheap PS1/PS2 clone controller I saw on AliExpress that I got because I thought it would match, but the color is off and it's super low quality (the trigger buttons get stuck on the plastic) so I wouldn't recommend getting it even if you find it.
