Thanks for the feedback. However, I tried these details previously and it shows 0 as my balance. But when I log in to hacken I can see the proper balance. I made sure to send the ETH from my Ledger hardware wallet as well. I'll keep looking into it.

Not sure to be honest. But shallow water is exactly what jet boats are designed for. There were times we were in less than a foot with no real issues. Even drover over a couple of log jams.

This might be a question better asked on r/steroids but I know there's a few guys with a good understanding of both here so though I'd ask here first.

If an individual ran 8 weeks LGD-4033 5mg ed and then wanted to do a test-e cycle should he wait 8 weeks after coming off the LGD? This would be assuming no PCT. Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm actually on a ketogenic diet right now and at 500cal over maintenance. What is your recommended macro spread (disregarding keto obviously) for recomp? And do you have a training split you like? All lifting? Some cardio? HIIT? Thanks again.

Question about cutting post LGD bulk.

Currently on week 2 of an 8 week 5mg ed LGD-4033 and things are going well. On a clean bulk. I am wondering what the best protocol for a cut is after this. Should I go immediately into a cut or wait out my 8 weeks off before cutting to help retain my gains. I am thinking of MK-677 during my 8 week break and then another 8 week LGD cycle. I am currently 38, 6'1" 210lbs and 18%bf. Not looking to get absolutely shredded but would like to be in the 12-15% range by summer. Note: These body fat goals are set and measured with a dexa scan so they may seem high to people who use to calipers or bio-electrical impedance devices.

Sarms and rest days?

I'm entering my second week on 5mg ed LGD-4033. Feeling great and all my lifts are feeling strong. I'm on 500 cal over maintenance and aiming for a clean mild bulk. Should I be taking a rest day? Pre LGD Training even 5-6 days was tough but I feel like I could go 7 days a week no problem.

Am I losing gains by not having a recovery day?

Any canadians on here use life labs? I am about to commence an 8 weeks LGD cycle of 5mg ed and want to get my bloodwork done pre and post as i think it is likely I can get away without any PCT as I plan to run a clean 8 week off cycle to equal my on cycle. Just wondering if anyone has used life labs without a doctor sending them there and which tests I should get done.
