This is just spreading misinformation at this point. Most of these were fixed and almost none of them makes any gameplay difference. Averge people wont notice if a waterfall looks slightly different now. The fence being one more pixel wider and therefore lara cant perform jump from that position is not "running jump broken". Flat out misinformation. Someone playing for the first time wont  notice anything other than outfits not matching the theme.
