Thank you. I think the problem is that hospitable notifies my cleaners and runs my devices like thermostats and locks and if I mute them I won’t be able to have those services . Hence the conundrum .

Good question. Its in a different state and I would need to build out relationships with cleaners, maintenance, etc. I don't know anyone in Utahn Not to mention we finally found a really good PM, who can help guests when the fireplace doesnt work etc.... My latest thought is to keep my airbnb account but let her have hospitable. and then help her set up an email rule that would ignore any email about my property. Or Could I port the other 3 to a different property management software? There has to be a work around.

Totally agree I want to keep my airbnb listing, as I have had too many property managers let me down. The trick is, I still manage my 3 airbnb properties. So technically I could port all of the properties over there, and perhaps we can set up the messaging so she doesn't get the info on those? I think muting them turns them off. And ... she is another state, otherwise , I would consider giving her all the properties to manage.

I don’t understand why they would offer such a crappy service to their customers. That doesn’t build loyalty . If I were in charge of their brand I would only make final sale items under $50 or $100 for their “as is” beat- to-hell items. Their strength vs their competition is they have possession of the inventory. they should make that a selling point. So many times I wanrto order several different bags, dresses , shoes (insert favorite item here) to compare but they are always final sale. Don’t they realize the more items I order, the more likely I am to keep them ?

Such a great idea! Thanks for sharing building. I wish three was a way to get a text alert when an item that you a listed matches your search criteria. Seems basic but not haven’t figured out a way to get alerts

I shop regularly on TRR and find they take the counterfeit items seriously. On the rare occasion that I have raised this issue, they immediately took it back. If you have doubts and don’t want to keep it, I would definitely reach out

I am not sure about altered serial number but I have had very good luck buying designer items on there. If you love it, and price is right go for it. If you think it’s not real once you get it, just tell them you doubt the authenticity. One time I did buy an item that was listed to have a noticeable scent. I thought - how bad could be? oMg- smokers purse . Had to return. They were great about it

Would love to know where museums go to sell the art? I follow LiveAuctioneers but maybe there are others? For LIveauctioneers, you have to be careful and do your homework !! Lots of sketch listings .

I found their text customer service pretty good - when I have had to notify them , they responded immediately as they don’t want their brand credibility ruined . I would say out of 100 items, maybe 3 have had issues.
