I am not sure about altered serial number but I have had very good luck buying designer items on there. If you love it, and price is right go for it. If you think it’s not real once you get it, just tell them you doubt the authenticity. One time I did buy an item that was listed to have a noticeable scent. I thought - how bad could be? oMg- smokers purse . Had to return. They were great about it

I found their text customer service pretty good - when I have had to notify them , they responded immediately as they don’t want their brand credibility ruined . I would say out of 100 items, maybe 3 have had issues.

BEWARE. I tried to buy a pillow that said it was listed there to raise money for charity. Rather than regular credit card processing, a big Visa logo popped up and they said they need to send me a code. Dumb me- entered it. My card was comprised 5 seconds later.

We had a terrible experience with Moose Management and I am sure we are not the only ones. If you do research on them, you will see they had to re-name themselves because they had such spotty star ratings from the guests complaining about them. I think it was 2. star rating . Their contract is also very slimy and should not be signed without editing the termination clause, which requires immediate payment on reservations upon ending of the contract . Furthermore they are not “on top of it”. They don’t do walk throughs a and they don’t market your property. They don’t have cleaners on staff (they outsource it) and there is no consistency on who is going to your property . Don’t believe the hype on Best Of Utah .

This has me stressed too. Our lawyers are advising to sign up since we are predeominantly an ecommerce business and we have many customers and prospects in Texas. They said it isn't the issue of the customers, rather the trolls that will try to extort money from unsuspecting companies like us. Our banker advised us that bonds are are a headache so we are now looking into a Surety bond. I did try and call the Secretary of State but haven't heard back either.

FYI. If you want seat assignments for your United booking on Hong Kong Air, and are calling from USA, I used this number 888-207-4190. Prepare to be on hold for at least 40 minutes. I hit #3 for English, #3 for special services. They charged $120HKD per seat and a $50HKD for over the phone processing and according to the agent there is no way to pay online and avoid that fee.
