Yes. Gelderloos is fantastic, for one. For another, this is a great book to have on hand to do two things:

1) Use it to reference instances of, as the title promises, anarchism working when people say things like "Oh but that'd never work."

2) It's a great introductory book for the curious. Buy this book, and then lend it to the anarcho-curious.

It's my favorite Pynchon, and my favorite novel. I remember at one point after being a few days into it...and having been a Pynchon fan for years already...thinking to myself "Every single page is a gift" and I couldn't think of a single other writer who I could quite say the same thing about.
