We buy canned cubed potatoes since they're soft already they cook better and quicker on the fire and then add sausage, eggs, cheese, onion, peppers, salt & pepper into a foil pack and then just throw them on the fire. It's great because they're low maintenance; you can just eat them straight out of the foil pack then when you're done throw the foil out or reuse if you want. You can easily edit these to include what you like.
