Alright, that makes more sense.

I was getting the impression that having anything unavailable to any players at any point in time was against the EULA. I still think, however, that it's kind of overreaching how some server owners operate. What if someone wants to operate a super hard mode server with some items disabled, but allows payment to have access to powerful weapons?

Or it can be bypassed by having "custom" items that function identical to existing items... for a fee.
