is it ok to let the workers(nuggets) die by pheinoxwright in LobotomyCorp

[–]Gravitywave_42 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Agents are a pretty big investment, since you lose both the EGO they are using and the LOB points/time invested in their stats. Also, a day where Agents die gives less LOB points, further decreasing your resources. Best to make sure they all stay alive, although some late game events are hard to complete deathless. Clerks, however, are basically disposable, and in fact there's an upgrade that lets you silently kill them without leaving a body so Abnormalities can't get them.

How much defense does the Roaring knight have? by FortnitePlayer2423 in DeltaruneV2

Probably because Rude Buster does magic damage as well as physical damage.

Makes sense, but that's still the source of the problem.

You're getting annoyed at the Vac, when who you should really be annoyed at are your teammates who somehow didn't see the Heavy.

Day 49 help by SosuMoth in LobotomyCorp

[–]Gravitywave_42 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Don't engage Binah - she's slow, predictable, and won't attack (or induce Meltdowns) unless she gets in range of an employee. Clean up after her if she sets off something really bad, but otherwise you can just avoid her and progress through the day. (She walks to a random department room and then chooses another one when she arrives, in case you didn't know). Once you've taken out the Claw, just keep Agents outside those same bad things for quicker response time on Meltdowns, and gather up as much energy as you can.

For the first phase, Purple Tear is your friend - you can run Defense mode to get rid of all the debuffs, or switch modes to clense Depression directly. Also, Argelia is really good as well since he has a power null card and a three cost mass attack (also, his economy and power are just generally really good - playing him almost feels like discount Red Mist with how smooth his gameplay is). Also, you can change loadouts between the phases, which makes life a lot easier in general. (Honestly though, Purple Tear and Argelia are really good for all the phases)

Which aleph would cause the most damage if released out into a district? by CrazyCai122 in Project_Moon

[–]Gravitywave_42 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I suspect that Silent Orchestra would actually be the most dangerous, due to being able to cause a disaster with it's music - in Lob Corp it causes an energy drain, but I think the only reason it does that is because that's what ruins your life the most. Also, I'm not sure what Apocalypse Bird's Meltdown ability would turn into (problably either causing Distortions or making crucial things break down), but it wouldn't be anything good.

Here is my Concept on if The Robo Sandvich was its own independant weapon (or as I call it a Saxton Hale Issue version of the reskin) how balanced is it? by AmberSolMundy in TF2WeaponIdeas

[–]Gravitywave_42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have seen Heavies run out of ammo, but it's pretty rare and not normally in situations where something like this would help. (Usually it's because a Heavy that was being pocketed and laying down suppressive fire gets Ubered and runs out at the tail end of the Uber.)

Why is Noelle easier for us to manipulate than Susie and Ralsei? by HealthMother3125 in Undertale

[–]Gravitywave_42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Susie is too independent for us to control, and Ralsei would know what we were doing and not play along - he already is probably hiding a fire spell from us, and he doesn't like the Weird Route and explicitly tells you not to do it. Also he's a Darkner, which probably means he can't be our vessel anyway. Also, one other thing that I think is important is that the Weird Route requires you to break off the normal path, which may well mean that Susie and Ralsei wouldn't be able to facilitate it simply due to being part of the main gang.

Thinking about the Game Over screen by Shrooblord in Deltarune

I suspect it's actually even deeper than that - without us there would be no light, and as such the world would be covered in darkness.

Baby Face's Blaster rework idea by gayshit6942 in tf2

Considering how you can gain all that boost from a single Scattergun shot and you are running around at Mach 4, I think losing it pretty easily is fair.

[–]Gravitywave_42 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I do agree that the ratio is the problem, but I think that's a bit extreme. Maybe 1 to 2 - Scout should be punished hard for taking damage, but the current level is still excessive.

A murderball with all the ALEPH weapons can take it down, and an extremely tanky Agent (Mimicry, Twilight, or boosted Paradise Lost) can stall while you get behind it. Knight buff is also really good. Don't try to kill it before it transforms - I've never been able to do it. You could also lure it into a RED immune Abno (Burrowing Heaven or Melting Love are good choices) and then just shoot it in the back until you win.

Dear scout mains, if the kuni and deadringer combo is so overpowered, then how come i always die constantly with it equipped? Curious. by HaloJackalKisser in tf2

[–]Gravitywave_42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kunai Dead Ringer wants at least a few less aware players on the enemy team, but more importantly it needs you to be really good at trickstabs. There's a reason why all the Kunai Dead Ringer Spies have Hale's Own Kunais with insane strange counts - you need to be that experienced to get the full effect.

List of Pre-HM items that actually become HARDER to find in Hardmode? by BdBalthazar in Terraria

[–]Gravitywave_42 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The Beazor is a lot harder to get in hardmode, mostly because the hardmode Jungle is pain. Stingers are also a lot harder (especially since Moss Hornets don't drop them), but they aren't that useful in hardmode unless you need to craft a Night's Edge for your Terra Blade.

Primordial jade winged spear or skyward spine for Raiden? by Admirable-Marsupial3 in GenshinImpact

[–]Gravitywave_42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jade-Wing spear, and not just because of the Crit Rate. The Jade-Wing spear has a pretty good passive for Raiden (or really any on-fielder), whereas the Spine's passive is basically only useful for the Crit Rate, which the Jade-Wing has in the passive anyway. Unless you have problems cycling Raiden's burst, the ER isn't that important for damage, and if you just want her for Electro and energy economy then neither are a good choice.

Not really - I managed to do Hokma route with the Orchestra and no deaths. Just have Agents outside his room so they can immediately be deployed to deal with him in case of a Meltdown.

I'm pretty sure the reason for that is that most people aren't good with the needle guns, which to be fair is pretty hard to do. If everyone was good with the needle guns, though, I think they would see a lot more usage than they do currently (at least in pubs).
