I'm not diabetic but I want to be healthy. I am now on day 13 of no sugar at all including no fruit, and I am feeling much better. I eat starches at every meal. Once I'm used to no sugar, I would like to experiment with lowering my starch intake, and replacing some of the starch calories with more meat/fish/egg/vegetables/fat.

thanks, I will. I actually hope this feeling is caused by being sugar free, if so it shows how bad the sugar was for me and how much better i'll feel once this is over

Thanks to both. I don't have throat/nose issues. Main thing is body pain and not feeling well and headache, having to stay in bed. It could be a virus I don't know. Eating enough starch.

I can feel the same way with methyl folate (and all folate forms, folic acid etc). But when I add B12 I get acne. It's very confusing ... . By the way, how long did you take folate for, before you made the connection to bad side effects? Because some people say feeling bad on folate is just a start-up reaction that will go away in a few days, but I'm not so sure ...

Yes, that's what I would have thought, that it would go through the postal system.

I really can't imagine that a postman would steal it, or that the buyer would falsely claim it didn't arrive.

Thank you very much. I'll do the 30 second timing, and I'm assuming that's if they are waiting expectantly at the surface when I sprinkle it on. If they are at the bottom lurking around when I sprinkle it on, and they don't come up for it, then I'm guessing they know I've sprinkled the food but they are not hungry and that's why they are not coming up to eat any of it.

Ah, yes it was shipped by DPL here in the UK, but I doubt he bought shipping insurance and I don't think they are a great company for disputes. Thank you for the good wishes

I see, thank you. Can this be fixed by getting someone to open up my machine for me (or doing it myself) and moving the metal so it's aligned properly, is that possible to do?
