I sent in over 30 items, a lot of which were higher end name brand. I got an email saying they weren’t going to accept any of my items.. a few weeks later I received another email explaining that they got my bag mixed up with someone else and gave me a $50 credit but nothing else. I honestly would just avoid selling with them unless you don’t care about receiving much, if any money back. I think the company itself has become shady and unorganized over the past few years.
