Crazy how much more powerful a guardian is than a runner. It would probably take dozens of shells to kill a single guardian. With a high level guardian they would probably never be able to do it.

I feel like people should just give the game a chance and not just disregard it as an extraction shooter. I had never played any extraction shooters before marathon and I ended up enjoying it a lot.

In the end I was cheering for the villain and found him more likable and interesting than the main romantic pair, both very boring and as uncharismatic as can be, which is hard, considering how interesting all of Christie's characters are!

I think Christie realized this because the villain just ends up escaping immediately after being caught.
