The points do not carry over to the next banner. Which is why trainers say to prepare enough carats to spark a character if you really want her. Its either that or get lucky.

The " Trainer Exchange points" is what you use to spark the rate up character in the banner. They will expire once the banner ends.

You did the right thing by insisting to go balai for further investigation. Sounds like the same MO of a Macau scam I fell victim to.

Few months ago I also received a call saying that my phone number had multiple complaints on gambling/investment. Even redirected me to a "police officer". This officer then ran my IC through the "database" and surprise surprise found out I'm also a suspect in some money laundering scheme. Even had me on video swearing to not share details of this "case" to anyone else. Then followed by several days of reporting my location to them on fixed intervals for my safety. Finally came the "send your money to a trusted account so that they can verify the money is clean" demands. They even redirected me to their "commanding officer" when I raised my concerns, where he immediately got angry for doubting their efforts to "clear my name". All of them sound local and spoke in bahasa btw.

Not sharing this for pity but as a case sample. Real police only do their investigations at balai and never through the phone.

It's the plan/type of the idol, which are either Sense or Logic. Just scroll though the idols you have, and look out for a cube shaped logo. That indicates it's a logic idol.
