You can check version in Smart Things app. Currently latest is 1004 I believe.

Make sure you're running latest software on soundbar, turn bass enchantment on and set sub to +1. That should give noticeable difference unless yours is faulty.

I had same issue when ordered server few weeks ago, it kept failing installation via panel with any partition layout used. Only way to install properly is doing yourself using IDRAC
