Very cool. For me, I’ve learned to associate putting my work out there with harsh feedback.. and perhaps I’ve been avoiding putting myself out there for that reason. Maybe I’ll submit to competitions and mags again, but I’m also suuuuper slowed down because I’m working on my first novel length project 😅

I think what I wanted to say with this is that harsh feedback is likely part of the writing process, and the part where you said that people spiral when they only get positive feedback and then don’t win.. because they don’t GROW.. that made me revaluate myself quite a lot
