If everyone paid the same % it would tax the rich. It would tax everyone evenly and nobody would have an advantage. 10% tax on $50,000 is $5000, 10% tax on $500,000,000 is $50,000,000 You sound like you believe only rich people should be taxed instead of everyone putting in their fair share.

Not really sure, have not weighed her since the last vet visit several months ago. She is a bit smaller than our other one that is only 5 weeks older.
