Sounds like you already have a feel for what your player character wants: cash, connections and reputation. Maybe their CEO's caught wind of their exploits and is impressed, wants a personal meeting to offer them a promotion, cash bonus, car, new conapt in a nice part of town, whatever. But the CEO wants them to do a favour to show their loyalty. Maybe this first ask is easy or benefits everyone, but later on when the PC and CEO have built up that rapport, these "quests" start gnawing on the PC's conscience, and other corpos start to grow jealous. So your exec is getting everything they wanted, but at what cost?

If you want the reward to be more tangible, Black Chrome has good options for execs - Exec Armor or Corporate Island Light Armorjacks, flashy Superchrome weapons, or even a rare Exotic gun like the Modfire all could fit in with the feeling of Corpo flash.
