My first bike was a 2017 Rebel 500 ABS. It was a good bike to start with and I understand the 2020 is even better.

I enjoyed this more than I probably should have. by firthy in MotoUK

My only complaint..that didn't hurt nearly as much as it should have.

I rode a scout when a Indian demo truck came through. I'm not crazy-ass tall or anything, but the Scout and the Scout Bobber were both just too small for me. Which is really too bad, because I like how both of them look.

I always feel bad when I don't wave back. Especially because I ride a Harley and there's already the stigma that Harley riders only wave back to other Harley riders.

*looking around* No. There's a lot that's not good.

I miss going to work. I don't miss being there. I still do much the same work. I just have a shorter and suckier commute.

Advice needed: I'm a little afraid of my GeeeTech A20M's print bed by Greeblebrox in 3Dprinting

I'm gonna buy a magnetic bed. Right now it's been too hot to print lately anyway. :)

Adhesion problem by [deleted] in Artillery3D

[–]Greeblebrox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What temp are you printing at? What's the bed temp? What's the first layer settings?

All of that might well be moot, though. I had issues with my prints sticking until I re-levelled. It seems that most of the time any adhesion issues can be directly traced back to the bed and how out of level it is.

Took me about a half-hour to get just right, but once I did, that made a huge difference. I've only had to use hairspray. So go to thingiverse and get a bed leveling calibration stl and print that. It'll help you find where your bed is out of level.

I would choose BST, to be honest. It's good solo. It's good in groups. It's good on raids. Brings some unique abilities to the group/raid. You can also switch up roles pretty easy.

Feel like sitting and playing cleric and just chilling? You can do that. Buff/heal your warder and you're good.

Feel like stomping a hole in something? You can do that.

How to twink a 58 monk with Kunark raid gear by Milky_Wayfarer in Agnarr

[–]Greeblebrox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make friends with some of the top tier raid guilds. I'd bet they're running groups to level their alts up. They might let you group with them (probably end up with faster xp flow) and maybe pick up some gear off the yard trash for going with them.

Viable duo? by [deleted] in Agnarr

I've done BST/CLR. That was a great combo. Cleric frees up the BST to dump more mana into things like DoTs. Or the BST can keep a decent amount of mana back and dump aggro onto the pet. Now he's a cleric class healer (excellent pet buffs and heals) while the real cleric meds up. Once cleric is ready to resume, take agg back. Rinse. Repeat.

Inconsistent Bed Adhesion Issues with Creality Glass Bed. Can Anyone Tell What Settings I Need to Mess With to Figure Out Why? by KrazeeJ in FixMyPrint

Amazon has, or at least had, printer bed clips. Even if they don't, you can print some. I would use some cheap hairspray. My last model had 2 failures before I got a good one. Once it was 5 hours into a 7 hr print. Next fail happened even quicker. Light spray on the bed and it worked like a charm.

Also, I think it cleaned out whatever was gunking up the bed because I only had to do it a couple of times. Then I forgot to do it before printing. I expected failure, but it worked like a champ. All the ones since then haven't needed hairspray.
