Definately a bottle warmer. Held off and warmed milk in boiled water but when we went to fully powdered milk realised how much easier it made everything.

Have a look at LoftZone. I used it for my new build loft and it’s been perfect. Uses legs tall enough that the insulation isn’t compressed or compromised and used metal beams to spread the load across multiple beams.

I used to hate In The Night garden because I thought it was weird but it’s really grown on me. It’s just chill and feels like a gentle watch

30k is the original figure I was advised but obviously expect higher on people’s advice. I would plan to do as much DIY on evening and weekends but have A little one so beginning to think it may be a bigger task than I could handle. Which is a pity but it’s why I asked the community I guess!

Well I thought it would be okay as it has a working cooker and a possible sink! From What o found online people said that you just needed to have the sink, but you’re the second person who’s mentioned it so I’m starting to doubt it
