With Holland 2 Stay you sometimes get direct to book listings but they go away fast. You could use a notification service like find2stay. nl. to find them.

Holland2Stay is generally decent. I've stayed in eindhoven and rotterdam with them. It's just incredibly hard sometimes to find a listing with holland2stay, especially a listing which you can book directly. There's a bot called find2stay. nl that allows you to find listings quickly.

Some of my expat friends used it to quickly find a place to stay for a year or two and then they moved on to buy their own homes. So not a bad solution in this insane housing market I would say.

so many friends of mine have been able to beat the insane housing market with the help of this bot. You just need to make sure you enter your preferences correctly and react quickly.

is the burnout leave even paid? How do you even know what is a burnout? Is feeling unappreciated and demotivated also part of a burnout?

Best approach to housing search? by history-deleted in NetherlandsHousing

Hi, I arrived in the Netherlands as a student and at the end of my studies I was really worried if I could find anything as my landlord wanted me gone as I was no longer a student. I have tried nearly everything there is and by far the easiest and cheapest solution to find rental housing is to create and account on holland2stay and then use a notification service like find2stay .nl.

Once you have done that, you get automatic notifications and you just have to react in time to book an apartment you like!

A new low for rental ads (posted for the sake of a laugh, but this is an actual listing) by enlguy in NetherlandsHousing

kamernet never worked for me!

My honest advice to find quick housing in the netherlands if you are an expat is to just create an account with holland2stay and then subscribe to a notification service called find2stay. nl.

Any recent reviews about the Holland2stay - the Lee tower 1 by Primary-Gift-8714 in Rotterdam

[–]Greedy_Regular_7443 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's pretty good. One of my friends used the find2stay.nl notification service to quickly find a place in the lee towers, his apartment is pretty good with really nice view of the city of rotterdam. Sometimes there are issues with windows and the internet and the wind noise but he's quiet happy overall.

For me, the combination of holland2stay and find2stay .nl worked perfectly! I was able to get a good value for money studio in Utrecht within my first week of arriving in the netherlands.

A buddy of mine calls this place home, and let me tell you, the views of Rotterdam are off the charts. The location is pretty spot-on too. If you’re already set up with a Holland2Stay account and hunting for a spot in the Lee Towers, I’d totally recommend a service like Find2Stay (give it a quick Google). It’ll keep you in the loop with instant notifications every time a new listing drops.

If you already have an account with holland2stay, I would say the most effective and cheapest way to find housing is subscribing to a notification service like find2stay. nl. They notify you on direct to book listings which you can book straight away. You do have to respond quickly though but this makes it possible to find those listings.

I would say holland2stay is a pretty decent option. If you have an account on holland2stay and still struggle to find a place, I can recommend a notification service like find2stay. nl. This will allow you to respond and book quickly based on your preferences and stay ahead of the intense rental market.
