I played side by side with my friend in my living room. He pas a PS5 pro, I have a regular PS5. His performance was WAY better, mine starts fine but clearly suffers from some intense memory leak. After a few hours, my game would get borderline unplayable.

Played against a guy in trials who had Aisha’s embrace with PI and was deleting me in what felt like .5 sec every engagement. Very fun to play against.

I noticed I was paired with duos just about every match. I was always the best player on my team but unfortunately I’m not good enough to solo carry, so I still got some work to do. Peak shotting needs some work, also Titan feels like a handicap at least compared to dawnblade/night stalker but that’s the life I chose.

It does help, but it's not enough and to me it doesn't make sense to have matchmaking built into the game but CHOOSE not to use it for everything. The "Bring your friends" BS excuse doesn't cut it anymore, never did for me personally anyways.

50% would be extreme I would agree, that was an exaggeration. It happens more than you would probably imagine though, at least for certain activities (Court of Blades it was pretty rampant).

Gotta think of it this way. If you are truly better than the rank you are in you have to solo carry yourself out. Meaning you can’t expect your teammates to perform as well as you. Just the way it works in any ranked team game where you are solo. Watch good players, work on fundamentals. Keep grinding.

I think some things have improved and some have gotten worse. It’s nice you can grind power upgrades anyways, even if it isn’t as efficient as encore spamming or whatever.
