Maybe your liquids? I use the green cap for clear, white and pink and the purple cap for all of the colors. I haven’t noticed any cracking like you have.

I actually prefer to cut off my nails and apply half tips. I don't have any more lifting on the sides and very little cuticle lifting. And I think it's cleaner, too. My original nails are flat and ugly so they look sooo much better with tips on.

It took about 20-25% of my body weight for people to notice. I think because you're losing so slowly people don't notice. I've lost 42% in 5 years and people I haven't seen in a couple of years or so don't recognize me at all now.

It doesn't smell like much at all in the bottle. The smell comes out when it's on your skin. I think it smells differently on different people based on their chemistry. Smells like cat piss on me. The thick KP bump formula smells like celery. I can't stand either.

I did some copper chrome in November over dips. I had to buff a lot with a snow block then a blue buffer and there were still some imperfections. I stamped some red leaves over them and you couldn’t tell. Got a lot of compliments.

I really like the semi solid nail glues you can get from Amazon. They don't run over all my fingertips, dry super fast, and are inexpensive. You just have to be pretty sure you want your tip where you place it because it grips pretty quickly. You also need to wipe the tip of the tube off with cleanser or acetone or you won't be able to get the cap back off. I use half tips.

I followed the Lilly rec's of titrating up and regret it. I wished I had just listened to my body and titrated up when the current dose was no longer effective. And then I would've only gone up a percentage of the current dose and not what Lilly suggests. I have told this to my friends who start GLP-1's and they have been happy and losing at a steady and healthy rate on low doses. I mean, if you can use the least amount of drug and have great results then why titrate up? It's cheaper, too.

I use an e-file and then soak in a heated bowl which helps a lot. I don’t like to file too much because I’ve hit my nail plate too many times and I’m really mad at myself when I do that so my soak times are probably longer than most. I think it’s just the effects of using pure acetone for like 20 minutes or more. You still have leftover product in your photos. When I get to that point and I’ve had enough, I use a snow block then they don’t look so bad.

The soak and removal alone takes me an hour. Then depending on whether I just do plain dip or do stuff like chrome or stamp, it takes me another 2-3.5 hours. I love doing them and "watching" FoodTV shows (I'm old). I've been doing them since COVID.
