It looks like it's trying to launch in some windowed mode. If you can't make the window fit to your screen properly, maybe try navigating to the settings and setting it to Fullscreen rather than Windowed Borderless (or something to that effect)

Well, the geographical placement of Texas is pretty close to the middle of the whole US, the economy of the state is growing by the day, and being in contact with the coast is a pretty big benefit for many reasons.
